Lefkada and its islands is a real paradise area undiscovered, unspoiled, that you must discover. Aristotle Onassis the Greek tycoon did that 45 years ago, when he bought  Scorpios Island after looking all over the world to buy an island .The beautiful island of Lefkas is just 40klm long and 20klm wide & still retains many unspoilt areas. It is a very green island & there are many pretty sandy beaches to explore, along with about 40 villages many of which are in the majestic high mountains covered with wild flowers and herbs olive trees and orange and lemon groves and many pine trees and cypress forests.  Lefkas, because it is connected to the mainland with a 50m movable bridge, is easily accessible by road from Prevaza airport, which is only 20klm to the main town of Lefkada and 37 klm to Nidri, and all the main roads from Athens, Igoumenitsa (by car ferry) Thesaloniki, Ioanina and Patras. By air from all European cities that have flights to Preveza airport or to Athens.

 Si tratta di una casa indipendente, formata da due appartamenti, ogni appartamento ha un proprio ingresso indipendente attraverso una scala.

Ogni appartamento è costituito da 4 stanze, ogni stanza ha 2 letti singoli e un bagno privato, cè una piccola cucina. 2 delle stanze danno accesso a  due balconi che hanno la vista  direttamente sul mare -porto il quale dista circa 50 metri.

Sivota bay è una piccola località che si sviluppa all’interno di una piccola baia sita nella parte meridionale dell’isola di Lefkada.
La baia di Sivota si snoda su due lunghe strisce di terra, che abbracciano le acque del mare, nascondendo quasi del tutto la linea dell'orizzonte del mare aperto Sivota, in realtà, nasce come un piccolo centro di pescatori, i quali costituiscono anche la sua risorsa principale. Non a caso, nei ristorantini di Sivota bay si può gustare il miglior pesce di tutta l’isola di Lefkada, a prezzi anche piuttosto economici

Il paesino di Sivota è davvero piccolo, difatti, vi sono una serie di taverne e di negozi tipici che accompagnano tutto il lungo molo, dove sono ormeggiate numerose barche. In loco vi è anche la possibilità di noleggiare le barche a vela o a motore.Di fronte al molo, lungo l’altra striscia di terra che delimita la baia di Sivota, si apre una piccola spiaggia di pietre, bagnata da un mare limpido e dalla temperatura ghiacciata, ideale per rinfrescarsi dal sole caldo della Grecia. La particolare bellezza di Sivota si nota maggiormente con il calare del sole. Di sera, infatti, tutte le luci dei ristorantini e delle barche ormeggiate si riflettono sulle acque calme del mare greco, creando un’atmosfera alquanto suggestiva, soprattutto se la si ammira dalla terrazza panoramica di uno dei ristoranti del molo.

At the resort  wooden and stone traditional Villas" we are trying to create residences with an emphasis to local architecture by wood and stone, comfort, beauty of the landscape, tranquillity an the uniqueness of each villa.
There are 5 villas and each one of them is situated in a different level, has its own swimming-pool, superior view, parking, balcony and yard, A/C, TV, fully equiped kitchen, Also it sould be mentioned that persons with special needs.
Villa RODIA is 39 square meters ( one bedroom) and can accommodate 2-3 persons, villas DAFNI and LEVANDA are 60 square meters each ( one room at ground level and one at interior storey) and can accommodate 2-5 persons
Villas MYRTIA and BASILIKOS are 80 square meters each ( one room at ground level and one at interior storey) and can accommodate 2-6 persons. Pets are accepted.
The view from the villas is unique and different for each villa because of the height. Therefore you can see the valley of Vassiliki, Saint Peter, Sivro and the mountains of Lefkas. It is situated in the forest and it is surrounded by natural vegetation with fruitful trees and many olives.
The closest village is Vassiliki and Kondarena, 2 minutes time by car and 8-10 on foot, where you can find S.Market and Platanos tavern. Vassiliki is also close, less than 3 minutes by car and 10-15 minutes on foot to the unique beach for windsurfing lovers .

Al ricorso di legno e pietra Ville tradizionali" che noi stiamo tentando di creare residenze con un'enfasi ad architettura locale da legno e prendere a sassate, conforti, la bellezza del panorama, la tranquillità una l'unicità di ogni villa. Ci sono 5 ville ed ognuna  di loro è situato in un livello diverso, ha la sua piscina da nuoto, vista superiore, parcheggio, balcone e recinto, A/C ,Tivù, pienamente  equipaggiata cucina .Possono andare anche persone disabili. Villa RODIA è 39  m2 (una camera da letto) e può accomodare 2-3 persone, ville che DAFNI e LEVANDA sono 60 m2 ognuno (una stanza a livello di terra ed uno a piano interno) e può accomodare 2-5 persone Ville  MYRTIA e BASILIKOS sono 80 m2  ognuno (una stanza a livello di terra ed uno a piano interno) e può accomodare 2-6 persone. Animali domestici sono accettati. La vista dalle ville è unica e diversa per ogni villa a causa dell'altezza. Perciò Lei può vedere la valle , Santo Pietro, Sivro e le montagne di Lefkas. È situato nella foresta e è circondato dalla naturale vegetazione con alberi fruttiferi e molte olive. Il villaggio più vicino è Basiliki e Kondarena,  2 minuti con macchina e 8-10  minuti a piedi, dove Lei può trovare S.Market e la taverna di Platanos. Basiliki è anche vicino, meno che 3 minuti con la machina  e 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia unica per innamorati  di windsurf . Il complesso è pronto di settembre 2007
